- Participate in a hands-on lab where you’ll execute Terraform scripts to create and dismantle a high-availability application infrastructure. This infrastructure will encompass virtual machines, load balancers, firewalls, object storage, and a database.”
- This session is designed for developers, operations or devops members who Have some basic idea of cloud computing.
- Are interested to know how to automate cloud infrastructure such as creation of virtual machines, load balancers, databases, firewalls etc. by just using a bunch of configuration files.
- Having some basic idea of what it takes to create cloud infrastructure manually, helps you appreciate how Terraform enables smoother operations, better change management and faster deployments.
Objectives
Learn about Terraform basics, comparison with other similar tools, and we will then perform hands-on lab to do the following:
- Execute Terraform scripts to build and teardown a high-available application that includes virtual machines, load balancer, firewalls, object storage, and a database.
